Service level objectives

What this document is

Modex Ventures (“Modex”, “we”, “us”) is the parent laboratory and holding studio operated from the United Kingdom. The parent site is modexventures.com. Operating companies close on their own subdomains. This parent is not a product SKU.

This is a service-level objective for the parent HQ (modexventures.com). It is not an MSA, not a credit schedule, and not a warranty for any of the 23 engines. Product SLAs, when sold, are executed on the child domain.

Availability objective

Target: 99.98% monthly availability of the public HQ (HTTP 200 on / and the institutional routes), excluding planned maintenance announced on this site and force majeure.

The pulse in the nav (“SYSTEMS OPERATIONAL · 99.98%”) is this parent objective. It is not a claim about Clara Desk call-answer time, Awaab statutory clocks, or any child runtime.

What is excluded

Child product runtimes, third-party DNS, Stripe, and operator laptops. /dashboard, live sandboxes, and the full 300-node vault extract are Phase 2 scaffolds and carry no availability commitment.

Research-queue payments fail closed to a stub when Stripe keys are unset. That is honest degradation, not an outage of a sold service.

Support

Institutional introduce and incident notice: Access Terminal (/order). We do not operate a public P1 hotline on the parent. Customers with a signed child MSA use the contacts in that MSA.

Credits

No service credits attach to this parent SLO. Credits, if any, live in a child MSA. We will not invent a credit table to look like a marketplace.
