Lab Note 26.4, Giants to come
Operating note from the Modex Ventures frontier lab. The holding book already names thirty-three companies. This page is the sealed pipeline of major platforms that are not yet companies, giants to come. We describe posture, not a launch calendar. No hostnames. No live ARR. Live sandboxes remain Phase 2.

Agentic operating layer
A sovereign kernel for agentic fleets, routing, staging meshes, countersign writes, that does not become a twenty-third logo on Agentic DevTools.
The book already holds Agentic DevTools as a giant of modules. Aurora is the OS those modules would obey if we ever let them share a clock. We will not publish a hostname to preview a kernel.
Provenance mesh
Cross-jurisdiction watermarking and document seals that degrade honestly when attestation is missing. Not a green tick on a marketing page.
The verifier on this page is a stub. Phase 2 binds watermark + attestation. Until then every payload reads UNVERIFIED. That is the product ethic, not a missing feature.
Statutory time platform
Time as a platform: Awaab, filings, AML dossiers, exam halls. One clock fabric, many regulated faces.
AwaabFlow and Statutory Gateway are already on the book. Clockwork is the sealed fabric underneath, not a rebrand, not a fourth filings SKU.
National municipal OS
CityTriage is a city. Civitas is the question of a nation, incident fabric, infrastructure ledgers, public-duty clocks.
We will not invent gov.uk theatre. The note exists so the next giant is not mistaken for a CityTriage module.
Clinical envelope
A clinical envelope that never diagnoses. Voice, booking, deposit, write-back, then stop. The giant is the envelope, not a hospital OS.
Clara is ONLINE on the book. Halo is the sealed question of whether that kernel should ever leave the clinic vertical. Today the answer is no.
Humanity fabric
Anti-bot, document, live, and session proofs that refuse a biometric warehouse. Nodes, not a surveillance product.
Proof of Humanity is already a giant with twelve modules. Lattice is the sealed fabric for sessions that are not PoH nodes. It does not get a landing.
Regulated software compiler
The factory, named. How a holding company compiles regulated software without turning the parent into a marketplace.
Forge is why craft lives in the chrome and the legal pages. It is not a SKU. If it ever ships, it ships as infrastructure the book already assumes.
Operator capital OS
A desk that allocates operator capital into systems the lab designed. Anti-portfolio. No slide decks.
The /capital rail is the public stub. Meridian is the sealed OS behind a desk we will not pretend is Bloomberg.

Lab posture
A giant earns a row on the book when it can carry a thesis, a status, and, only then, a domain. Until that day it stays here, capability-forward, unnamed as a SKU.
Routing, attestation, statutory clocks, humanity-proof sessions. The lab publishes envelopes. It does not ship a demo carnival so the parent looks busy.
